- *Cider House Lamb Stew – Apple cider tenderizes the lamb and lends a subtle sweetness to this stew
- *Pork Cassoulet – Healthy version of the classic French stew with white beans, lean pork& turkey kielbasa, a little bacon and topped with a breadcrumb and cheese topping
- *Sephardic Beef Stew - Jewish New Year inspired stew of meat, potatoes, carrots, and dried fruit. Sweet and comforting
- Cocoa Tinged Beef Stew w/ Root Vegetables – Slow cooked stew containing mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, pearl onions, peas and cocoa for richnes.
- Parker’s Beef Stew – Slow simmering stew with garlic, cabernet, carrots, mushrooms, potatoes, sun-dried tomatoes & peas
- Beef & Beer w/ Yellow Potatoes – Even better after a day or two. Bacon, dark beer, tomatoes and vegetables
- *Beef Daube Provencal – Classic French braised beef with red wine and vegetables is simple and delicious
- Flemish Beef Stew – Dark beer, bacon, onions, rich with beef instead of vegetables. Serve with a heavenly burgundy. Only gets better with time
- *Roasted-Root Vegetable Stew – Meatless stew of beets, turnips, parsnips, shallots, garlic & sage roast together, then simmered with vegetable stock and topped with crème fraiche. Bright red from the beets, so don’t be surprised; couldn’t be more healthy or tasty
- *Brazilian Fish Stew – Tropical stew fragrant with garlic, peppers coconut milk and halibut. Even great for company
- *Chunky Chipotle-Chicken Chili – Bacon, chicken breasts, corn, salsa, roasted red bell peppers and pinto beans
- Turkey Chili
- *Venison-Vegetable Chili – Lean venison chunks, red bell peppers, jalapeno, corn, cocoa and cumin for flavor
- *White Bean & Sausage Ragout w/ Tomatoes, Kale & Zucchini – Healthy and tasty comfort food. Even great when you’re under the weather
Beef:
- *Beef Carbonnade – Hints of bacon and thyme slowly braised in beer along with cubed chuck roast and served over egg noodles
- *Beef Tenderloin w/ Chilean Cilantro Sauce – Seasoned with Salvadoran spices and drizzled with a chuncky sauce of red bell peppers, onions, and olive oil
- *Peruvian Beef Kabobs (You Grill them) w/ Roasted Yellow Pepper Sauce – Sirloin steak coated with a dry fiery rub threaded on skewers and complemented with a lovely sauce for dipping
- Braciole – Flank steak stuffed with pecorino cheese and herbs, rolled up and slow simmered in homemade marinara
- *Home-Style Meatloaf - Traditional, ground round, oats, parsley, topped with ketchup
- *Italian Meatloaf w/ Fresh Basil & Provolone – Sun-dried tomatoes & cheese; can be made with half ground turkey
- *Flank Steak w/ Five-Spice Rub and Chile Relish – Sweet rubbed beef topped with relish of poblano chilies, bell peppers, peanuts and cilantro
- *Bourbon & Brown Sugar Flank Steak – Slightly sweet marinade. Really delicious
- *Braised Beef w/ Sun-Dried Tomatoes – Stew meat, red wine, tomatoes, brown sugar and rosemary simmer for hours until the tomatoes fall apart and the beef is tender.
- Asian Beef and Green Beans-Chinese black vinegar, sesame seeds, fresh ginger, edamame, shitake mushrooms, baby corn over jasmine rice
- Grilled Sirloin Steaks w/ Blue Cheese-Walnut Butter
- Dawn’s Sloppy Joe’s – A childhood favorite, slightly sweet for the kids
- *Beef Bourguignon – Hearty beef stew meat, mushrooms and vegetables simmered together and served over noodles. Only gets better with time

Poultry:
- Chicken Enchiladas w/ Roasted Tomatillo Salsa

- Chicken Scallopine w/ Sage & Fontina – Stuffed chicken breasts lightly sautéed, then simmered in a sauce of wine and tomatoes

- Chicken Pot Pie – Really hearty
- *Chicken Fricassee w/ Orzo – Chicken breasts, ham, vegetables and just a hint of cream is soaked up by the orzo pasta

- Chicken Braised w/ Figs on Wilted Escarole – Slow cooked thighs, drumsticks, breasts & Shallots are braised in a port wine sauce
- Chicken & Sausage Paella – Bacon, pork sausage, chicken thighs & artichoke hearts simmered with rice. Rich and hearty. Seafood can be added if you like
- *Chicken Breasts w/ Wild Rice & Fig Pilaf – Dried figs, prosciutto, vegetables

- *Honey Pecan Crusted Chicken w/ Chicken Gravy – Baked, not fried. Crispy w/ crushed cornflakes and pecans. Kids like this one too, and gravy is not too heavy
- *Moroccan Chicken Tagine - Chicken thighs, raisins, various spices, sweet onions and chickpeas served over couscous. Warm and comforting

Pork:
- Pulled Pork Barbeque – Boneless pork should cooks with spices and apricot jam for hours until it falls apart. Stuff inside tortillas. Makes great leftovers too
- *Asian Pork and Broccoli Stir Fry – Chutney, dry sherry, broccoli, bean sprouts, water chestnuts
- *Maple Mustard Pork Tenderloin w/ Caramelized Apples – Maple syrup, fresh rosemary, Dijon mustard
- *Pork Loin w/ Dried Plum Stuffing – Fresh herbs, citrus, vegetables, pecans, topped with a port wine sauce
- *Pork Piccata – Breaded boneless chops topped with a sauce of capers and grated lemon zest
- *Pecan Crusted Pork w/ Red Onion Marmalade – Bacon, brown sugar, fresh ginger. Served with sweet potato wedges

- *Pan-Roasted Pork Loin w/ Leeks – Leeks slowly cooked along with the pork until they form a rich, delectable sauce
- Chile Verde – Nicely spicy but not too hot. Serve with warm tortillas, cheese and sour cream
- *Braised Pork & Roasted Winter Vegetables – Beets, butternut squash, carrots, red potatoes, white wine mingle and cook slowly to keep pork moist
- *Pork Chops w/ Mango Basil Sauce – Naturally low in fat with a nice, slightly spicy fresh mango sauce that keeps the chops moist
- Jackson’s Pork Chops (You Finish on Barbeque) - Marinated overnight and then baked until tender, coated in a homemade red sauce and left for you to finish off on the grill
- Lions Head Pork Meatballs & Napa Cabbage – Chinese style, shitake mushrooms, ground pork, lightly fried in oil and then simmered with cabbage. Served over rice with a nice broth
