Imagine coming home every night to a complete, fresh, balanced and healthy meal that is ready to warm and serve in the convenience of your home.
As your Personal Chef, I custom tailor your menus, shop and cook the meals in your home with my equipment. I also store the food and clean up... saving you stress, time, and money.
Is a personal Chef Affordable?
If you eat out several times a week, you might find that hiring a personal chef is comparable to what you have been spending. Many of my clients find this to be the case, with the additional bonus that they are not eating oversized portions and the quality and freshness of the food I prepare for them is superior.
I have devised several ways to keep costs down and save you money. For example, I routinely send your grocery list to you ahead of time so you can check off the items you already have, saving you money on the grocery bill. If you like to buy your meats/poultry/fish in bulk at a warehouse- type store, you can let me know what you have purchased and I can easily design a meal around that.
Who Hires a Personal Chef?
Instead of opening the fridge and reheating something from last night’s restaurant, or pouring a bowl or cereal because you are too tired to prepare something, you simply have to warm a homemade meal already waiting for you in the fridge. And you will have minimal cleanup with no pots and pans! Contact me today!
Kathleen's dinners are a delightful experience! Highly recommended.

Hummus:
A food processor makes this task a breeze. Open a couple cans of white beans, rinse and drain them in a colander. Place in food processor along with a sprinkling of salt, a squeeze of lemon juice, a spoonful or two of tahini (sesame seed paste available at health food stores) and whirl until a very smooth mixture forms. Thin with a little water if it is too thick. You can add all kinds of additional ingredients, like roasted garlic, roasted red peppers, fresh mint or parsley, jalapenos, chili powder . . .
Serve along with pita chips, fresh vegetables like carrots and celery. Also makes a nice spread on sandwiches.
